Comments - This is the Pitch Park Memorial skatepark. Brought to life by local Mary Pitcher who lost her two sons in a drowning accident in 2008. Both who were avid skateboarders and bmx riders. The Carnegie Pennsylvania skatepark is 15,000 square foot and one of the first cement skateparks around the city of Pittsburgh!!!


Directions - From downtown Pittsburgh follow Grant Street south and merge onto I-376 west. The follow that southwest for about 5 miles and take exit 65 towards Heidelberg. Keep to your left, then after a quarter mile make another left on Chestnut Street. About a half mile later take a right on Cooks Lane and take your first left into Carnegie Park. The skatepark is up on the left towards the top of the hill.
