Comments - Nice 12-stair handrail with ledges. Plus the manual pad here is really fun to goof around on. Besides that the park has a lot of wasted cement!!!
Directions - From Flint follow 23 south to M-59. Make a right and follow it west towards downtown Howell. After you pass Byron road, take a left on N. Highlander way. The park is on the left back behind the middle school.
