Directions - From downtown Tampa follow Florida Ave north towards "275". Almost a mile later make a right onto Scott Street. After a quarter mile take a left onto Governor Street. Then about 400 feet later make a left on Kay Street. The park is at the corner of Lamar and Kay Street on the edge of downtown.
